Who we are: Pipestone Kin-Ability is a community based organization which provides vocational, developmental and residential programs to adults with developmental disabilities.

The Position:

Program Relief and Part-time Staff: The positions require a motivated, energetic and caring individual able to provide supports to assist individuals to live as independently as possible.

This may include:

- Implementing quality of life programs

- Provide personal care in residential and day program settings as needed

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working with Adults with developmental disabilities is preferred

- Ability to interact with adults with developmental disabilities.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently

- Ability to organize and prioritize work schedules in a timely and efficient manner

- Ability to work flexible hours including day, evening, night and weekends shifts

- Must have a Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver's license with a clear abstract.

- Must obtain clearance of a Criminal Record Check

- Willing to take additional training as required.
